Our contingency search services are where Walker Elliott really sets us apart from our competition. Most search firms that work at our level of expertise will require an upfront retainer. Often times contingency means working with entry level/ inexperience recruiters who work on sending resumes in volume and don’t focus on the proper search and screening process. Walker Elliott approaches each search, whether a retained search or a contingency search with the same level of commitment. We recruit extensively and do not rely on job boards or ads to fill our positions. Each candidate is individual qualified and vetted for not only the right skills but also for long term goals and the needs of the client organization. We are not looking for the average, easily available talent; we are searching for the exceptional individual that will be the game changer that your organization needs.

For a contingent search, we only earn our fee after the successful completion of the search assignment. The fee will be billed once the candidate has started employment.
